I find the actual physical work of painting and drawing to be rewarding. On occasion, I will post a photograph; but, photos are more of a visual note book for me.
The distinction between Abstract and other styles appear to be blurry at best. Age broadened my taste, which surprised me. I expected to become a lot more um....I can't find the word: "Set in my ways." maybe? With almost instant access to any age of art, music, or literature why should anyone be so limited these days.
I am constantly striving to learn more about the craft of painting, if only to distinguish myself from the Machine.
